Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every Leather Taboo garment is made to order. Production normally takes 14–15 working days from order confirmation, because we start cutting and stitching your item only after your order is placed. Made-to-measure and heavily customized pieces can take slightly longer; we will email you if that is the case.

Dispatch and tracking

Once your item is finished it is inspected, packed and shipped with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way, and you can follow it on the carrier's website.

Delivery time

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the carrier service used. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders and customs

We ship to the United States and worldwide. For deliveries outside the United States, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at info@leathertaboo.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will work with the carrier to put it right.
